Rooted in Rhythm Sequences
This collection of 11 sequences was created in the early days of 2020 by three friends, Rachel Peters, Sam Rice and Meg Abene Newlin as a course entitled Rooted in Rhythm. The sequences are designed to be short and doable somewhere in the neighborhood of 15-45 minutes. Most can be made shorter or longer or even combined. The course was an offering born from their collaborative and on-going project by the name of Practice Wellness Community.
