Practice Wellness Community Fall Offering: Steady at hOMe - "The Steady" 6-week Fall course: October 6th - November 17th

Practice Wellness Community is offering a 6-week course this fall that is designed to help you stay Steady at hOMe. The Steady is a connection-based, home yoga practice project designed to support practitioners, new and seasoned alike, in nurturing a refuge of steady and meaningful home yoga practices. With the support and guidance of longtime established practitioners, this course will meet you where you are in your own development of a consistent and personally meaningful asana, meditation, and pranayama practice. There is plenty of direct contact during our time together in the form of a weekly live call, a live weekly group posture practice, and a live weekly meditation practice. You also receive weekly thematic contemplations and affirmations designed to support participants in cultivating a personal practice that is authentic and autonomous as well as intimate and interconnected.
In this 6-week program you get: • One live weekly call to engage together and support the process • Live guided group practice once a week that is recorded for future use too • Live group mantra and meditation practice once a week that is recorded for future use • Weekly assignments designed with the intention to support establishing and sustaining a personalized home practice • The support and guidance of 3 long-time teachers and friends.
Scholarship program:: Practice Wellness Community does have a scholarship program with limited spots available. There are scholarships available for BIPOC practitioners. There are scholarships available for practitioners who are in need of financial assistance.
