Practice Wellness Community is offering a 6-week course this summer that is all about crafting and cultivating your home yoga practice. With the support and guidance of longtime established practitioners, you will learn everything you need to know, from tips and tricks to hacks and shortcuts, to get you on your mat in your own space on the regular. This is the perfect program for folks newer to practice or simply newer to the notion of practicing yoga at home. Participants are supported each step of the way through weekly assignments as well as live call support with instructors and the larger group. This experience is designed to work for you, where you are, as you are, right now. Together, we will assist you in growing a meaningful and personal hOMe practice.
GROW hOMe: 6-week of instructor and community support to establish a steady and meaningful home practice. Geared for folks new to practicing at home and desiring guidance and direction in establishing something that lasts and serves. We will guide participants in building a personal home practice from the very beginning. Establishing the space and physical tools/support necessary in meeting students where they are at and building from there.
Nourish hOMe: a tandem 6-week course for established practitioners and/or yoga teachers who are ready to support and mentor their communities and students and peers in developing home practice fluency as well as refine and deepen their own relationship to home practice. Practitioners enrolling in this track are supported in peer mentoring those newer to home practice. Nourish also includes a one on one coaching session during the program with Sam, Rachel, or Meg.
